After keeping myself away from GILD for a considerable amount of time because I couldn't mentally accept the glitches and changes that GILD went through, today I checked in to see some remarkable changes which I couldn't stop myself to praise who ever is behind these.
Few things which deserve to be applauded
1. Using Bayesian Filter to penalize cluttered code. Well I must admit I was in the same group who was submitting such cluttered code and today seeing at least there a system is in place though still buggy is really wonderful.
2. The Leader-board is more meaningful now, thanks to the ranking per language listing.
3. Finally last but not the least, the inclusion of the "no of test cases solved" metric is a long waited addition which would make things more clearer.
Unfortunately I would be off for a month or so but after that I will be back with the same enthusiasm I was before.
Thanks and congratulation again to the GILD team,
