Programming Competition & Certification

Gild organizes many technology competitions and certifications and I was wondering if Gild can organize coding competition where the user will be provided with a question and the participants have to write a program and submit it. Additionally the user will be free to choose the language he wants to choose (for e.g C,C++,Java,etc) and the judgment will be made by the correctness, time of evaluation and time of submission. Same things can be provided for Certification. This will help participants shine their logic in programming and optimization of the same.
