if you add more than 3 team-mates and your team mates accept your request from its email id,than you can get broadcaster achievement,

This is the process I did in getting the broadcaster achievement award.

1. Ask 7 friend if he/she already had a gild a count.
2. If he/she doesn’t have a gild account request him/her to create one.(well this took some time of explanation because all of my friends are also busy in their work and will not try it unless you explain why they have to join.)
3. Invite him/her to be your team mate using the Invite Teammates page.
4. If more than 5 of your invited team mates already created the gild account you will now acquire the Broadcaster Achievement award.

Hope this helps.

Note: I think you can also create another 7 multi account if you don't have a friend... :p
